Kolkata : Human Rights and Crime Control Organisation  (Regd. New Delhi) West Bengal Branch organise their 2nd members meet at RAJASTHAN BRHAMAN SANGHA  AUDITORIUM , Barabazar, Kolkata  on 13th May 2017 . They formed their Bengal Committee  in this day .Mr. Kali Pada Pramanik  the President of West Bengal , Prakash Chakrabarty vice-president  and Sajal Das General Secretary present in the  meet. Today President  give  appointment and certificate to all new State Committee portfolio holders . Mar. Sushil Kothari renowned social worker  selected as General Secretary West Bengal State. President  honour him and handover Appointment Letter  and  Certificate. all the  district committee also formed today and President also handover  eact their appointment and certificate also members of the organisation  got their  identity card and certificate.

President  and other portfolio holders honour to Ex- MLA Sanjay Bakshi and present  MLA Smt. Smita Bakshi along with Ex police personnel.

in opening speech President said  all   to organise a strong team in every area for service to the nation,  advice to watch every area and if and when if shows any rights of human affected then to organise work to back his or her or their rights . if  in any police station any one heckle by any way then advice to protest for proper  rights , advice to help needy person and conduct to people for their service.

today in this meet local MLA  of jorasanko area Smt Smita Bashi and ex MLA Sanjay Bakshi was present also renowned ex Police personnel Sri Bikash Mukherjee was present  and President Mr. Kali Pada Pramanik selected  Mr.Bikash Mukherjee as President of  STATE POLICE PUBLIC CELL .

Mr. Bikash Mukherjee in his speech agree to join and serve to the nation and  through speech regarding law and order and human rights etc.
